Returns & Exchanges
Unworn, non-custom pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
Pieces must be unworn, unaltered and returned with all original packaging, certificates and documentation.
Custom, engraved and made-to-order pieces are final sale, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
How to start a return
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We will issue a prepaid, insured return label and instructions.
Do not ship high-value jewelry without our return authorization — uninsured returns cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned piece passes inspection.
