Every order is shipped fully insured with mandatory adult signature. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
In-stock pieces ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and custom pieces ship within the production window stated on the product page.
High-value orders may require identity and address verification before dispatch. This review protects you and may add 1–2 business days.
Delivery
All shipments are fully insured for their order value and require an adult (21+) signature. Carriers cannot leave packages unattended.
We ship only to the confirmed address on the order. Address changes after dispatch are not possible for security reasons.
Shipping cost
Shipping options and exact costs are shown at checkout before payment. We never add shipping surcharges after an order is placed.
