These terms govern purchases from Maison Lumiere.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in USD and confirmed at checkout. Gold-linked items may display a time-limited price quote; if a quote expires, you will always be asked to confirm the refreshed price before payment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or items that cannot be fulfilled; any captured payment is refunded in full.
High-value order review
Orders above internal thresholds may require identity and address verification before dispatch. Thresholds and review criteria are not published.
Product information
We describe metal, purity, weight, gemstones and certification from supplier and laboratory documentation. Photography is representative; each natural gemstone is unique.
